SLA (Stereolithography) and PolyJet are both Rapid Prototyping processes utilizing photocurable plastic materials. Each produces parts suitable for concepts models, form and fit models, presentation models and as master patterns for cast urethane parts.
Large Geometries are no problem for Solid Concepts. We take on parts that others cannot or will not. Our arsenal of equipment includes the largest SLA machine available on the market. Pair this with our proprietary knowledge of large part assembly and you can expect extremely accurate large geometries.
Value is the core of our mission statement. As one of the only service bureaus with a dedicated Quality Department, Solid Concepts consistently delivers high quality parts at affordable prices. This type of value comes from complete data security, on-time delivery, material choices, accuracy, expert part finishing and engineering expertise that helped pioneer the industry. Our expertise allows us to produce accurate prototypes, in less time and at a lower cost than any other service provider.
Fast & Reliable service is a standard in which Solid Concepts prides itself. With 23 state-of-the-art SLA and PolyJet machines, we are the largest dedicated service provider of photocure in North America. Capacity translates to better on-time delivery. Large programs are no problem since we can commit several machines to demanding programs and complete even large orders quickly. Security is guaranteed with every project. Solid Concepts is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and has gone to great lengths to give you peace-of-mind. We meet ITAR security regulations, and carry both ISO 9001 and AS 9100 certifications.
Finishing Expertise is often the difference between a good prototype and a great prototype. Backed by many years of model making experience, Solid Concepts offers various hand finishing, non-cosmetic & cosmetic paint, texture, EMI & RFI shielding and plating options to closely simulate your production part. Complete in-house finishing capabilities and expert painters ensure production-quality prototypes delivered on time and ready for immediate application.
Material Choices is a luxury available with Solid Concepts. A wide variety of materials were meticulously selected to meet your project needs and give you true freedom of choice. We conducted an in-depth customer survey to determine what material attributes you find most important, then hand selected the best materials from four of the top photocure suppliers.
