QuickCast
QuickCast™ is an accurate, consistent, strong, fully drained, completely sealed, pattern that is 10 to 35% lighter than those built with other polymers and ordinary build styles. Lower mass for a given volume leads to significantly higher yield by more complete burnout and lower expansion forces on the shell system.
SLS
SLS - Selective Laser Sintering - Accurate models from sintered nylon powder - suitable for form, fit and function testing and some low-run production. This technology is ideally suited for DDM (Direct Digital Manufacturing) because of the robust material properties of the base materials.

QuantumCast™ Cast Urethanes
QuantumCast™ - Advanced formula polymers, AFP’s, are cast in a proprietary multi-step process involving precisely controlled vacuum, temperature and
pressure. This process offers mechanical properties that closely resemble engineered plastics. These are void-free, durable, color-matched pieces produced quickly with out hard tooling. Micro-welded inserts are the strongest in the industry. AFP’s are now available with four times the impact strength of the old style urethanes.
