PolyJet Standard

PolyJet is the fastest additive manufacturing process available and produces highly accurate parts with superb fine feature detail. This process is suitable for prototypes, parts and master patterns that are smaller in size (roughly a 5" cube or smaller). With a maximum single build envelope of 19.3" x 15.4" x 7.9", larger parts can be made but may be cost prohibitive. Typical PolyJet tolerances are ± 0.005" or ± 0.001"/" (whichever is greater), however tighter tolerances may be available on a case-by-case basis. Standard minimum feature size is 0.012".

With Layer thickness of 0.0012", PolyJet’s thin layers enable the production of fine feature details with more precision than SLA. PolyJet also produces excellent low-sloping surfaces due to its thin layers, thus reducing the look of stair stepping.
