CompositeCast is a proprietary process only available through Solid Concepts. CompositeCast utilizes our QuantumCast Cast Urethane process along with carefully positioned sheet material (fiberglass, graphite, Kevlar, etc.). The result is a very tough, stiff cast part with high flex modulus and impact strength. CompositeCast parts have excellent A and B-side detail and can be delivered within two weeks.
