Solid Concepts Inc. has new capabilities to fabricate large singlebuild SLA parts (up to 25.6" x 29.5" x 21.6") with the technology of the iPro™ 9000. This new technology from 3D Systems reduces the need to build multiple SLA parts that must be fused together, improving accuracy, up time and costs.
The ProScan™ Scanning System offers a state-of-the-art laser that reduces build time and warrants greater reliability. Excellent sidewall capabilities are a result of a finer diameter beam and unmatched scanning system, along with finer layer thickness (0.005" for HDSL). Eleven large frame SLA systems and six smaller systems allocate more capacity which enables better on time delivery. Additionally, Solid Concepts continues to offer a variety of SLA materials including Accura 50.
